Following college, she built a successful career in the medical device sales industry, where she developed a strong skill set in sales, relationship management, and team leadership. Through this experience, she learned how to connect with people, lead with purpose, and drive meaningful results. That passion ultimately led her into the nonprofit space, where she now serves as the Development Manager at ISDD. In this role, Courtney leads efforts in marketing, social media, grant writing, and website management, while also overseeing fundraising events, volunteer engagement, and the cultivation of relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners. ISDD’s mission is to empower, educate, and equip kinship caregivers with tools and resources to provide safe, stable homes and keep children out of foster care, and Courtney is deeply committed to advancing that work.

She is also deeply passionate about raising funds to support research and ultimately find a cure for ALS, driven by the reality of what her family—and so many others—have endured in losing a loved one. Courtney is committed to doing everything she can to help ensure that no one else has to experience that kind of loss. That is why partnering with Hop On A Cure is so meaningful to her—it represents hope for a future where families are no longer torn apart by this disease.

Outside of her professional life, Courtney loves spending time with her family, especially her two nieces and two nephews.
